Konkhe is a luxury clothing brand focusing on African clothing.
This brand was seeing significant growth when they approached us. That said, they did not necessarily have a problem per se and they more so approached us to see if and how we could help them scale further.
After doing an audit on their website, it was evident that they had strayed far away from industry leading practices in the clothing industry. It was also clear that we had a lot of improvements to be made from a CRO front.
One of the central concerns was that their previous website, user experience and product photos hardly reflected the luxury nature of the brand.
To give effect to the above, we re-designed their entire website bringing it in line with industry standards and placing a core focus on showcasing the brilliant brand that they have built over the years.
At this point, the website was hardly recognisable and on going live with the solution we already saw great results.
Thereafter the team saw to a photoshoot which reshot their entire collection – focusing on putting a face to the products and bringing a uniform look to the product shoots.
Over our first two months of launching the solution, we grew the brand’s conversion rate by a staggering 35% taking the brand to a 2.1% conversion rate – something that most clothing brands would dream to see at the scale they play at.
While average order value remained constant, this was enough to put the brand in a position to grow their revenue by 51% while only increasing their online store sessions by 15%
